Overview

Permanent Quantity Surveyor with Civils experience Your new company You will be working for a highly successful Civil Engineering company as Quantity Surveyor working on a host of projects with usually around 10-12 projects nationally at one given time. As a company they value their customers, having grown the business substantially over the last 20 years, they have proven their ability to offer a reliable, quality service to clients. Your new role You will be responsible for all commercial duties as Quantity Surveyor, responsible for managing clients, from pretender stage through to handover and final accounts. Producing Bills of Quantities, and procuring reliable subcontractors for both small works and major projects. Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be diverse, and you will be working with a mixture of SME and Blue Chip clients. What you'll need to succeed For this post you'll need to have proven experience working within the Civils sector and be well experienced on NEC Contracts.
