Overview
RICS qualified Right to Buy Surveyor, carrying out RTB valuations. Your new company Based in North London this public-sector organisation is currently looking to recruit a Right to Buy Valuations Surveyor on an ongoing contractual basis. Offices are based in a very commutable location with excellent transport links for both buses and trains. Your new role As the Right to Buy Surveyor you will be responsible for helping clear the back log of right to buy valuations for the organisation. The job will involve carrying out valuations in tenanted properties, compiling the reports and liaising with the organisations internal housing teams. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you must be a RICS qualified chartered surveyor and have experience of carrying out Right to Buy valuations. If you are a registered valuer it will enhance your application, but this is not an essential requirement of the job.
