Your new role As a maintenance surveyor you will be working within the Planned Works team based in Swindon, covering Bristol and Oxford areas. As a planned works Surveyor you will effectively survey and design kitchens and bathrooms for full refurbishment to ensure efficiency and safety in our residents homes. There will also be a need to carry out stock condition surveys and audits. Using your existing knowledge and experience in surveying, maintenance and construction you'll ensure all works are carried out on time and in line with Health and Safety Regulations, Decent Homes Standards, Building Regulations whilst also managing customer expectations. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful surveyor you will need previous experience within the building environment. To be successful in your new role you will need to be computer literate, have strong organisational skills, knowledge of CAD Software, exceptional attention to detail and ideally an ONC or equivalent qualification in Maintenance/Construction.
