Site Supervisor/Team Leader- Prison maintenance
Overview
Site Supervisor/Team leader - maintenance contract on Prison Your new company Working for a large Maintenance and FM contractor. Your new role This is a static role based on site at Lincoln Prison. Your role will be to : Assist in the day to day running of the on site maintenance team Assist in achieving KPIs and targets and meeting standards set out in SLA Comply with all health and safety legislation Carry out team meetings Carry out Toolbox talks What you'll need to succeed A proven track record in managing a small team of trades/engineers in a maintenance environment Health & safety qualification, and a working knowledge of legislation Knowledge of RIDDOR A building or engineering background and experience Good understanding of relevant legislation for building maintenance A willingness to work a 7 day shift pattern with one weekend in three. Living within a 45 minute commute of Lincoln Prison.
