Graduate Project Support Engineer Required 1-2 Year Placement - Looking for and immediate start apply now Your new company Hays are delighted to partner with our client who are looking for a graduate engineer to assist with a large scale project that is coming up based in Spalding, My client is a global leader in the power generation field and have locations across the world. Your new role You will be working closely with the existing engineering and maintenance teams, supporting, planning and executing planned projects from large to small. You will have exposure to a full range of equipment from gas turbines to electrical apparatus and control systems. You will play a major part in the auditing process from providing compliance reports to taking action and pushing through the resolutions to any issues found on the reports. You will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable engineers who are willing to assist you with your career and personal development, as you grow within this position you will be tasked with management of subcontractors and budgets What you'll need to succeed You will need to be degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline and have the ambition to learn and grow within a worldwide market leader, you must be willing to take responsibility for delivering allocated tasks. It is essential that you will have a high level of IT literacy, as there is a number of tools which you will need to become quickly proficient in. You will need to be safety contentious and happy to work to strict guidelines and boundaries.
