Overview
Permanent Quantity Surveyor job based in Norwich Your new company You will be working for a leading Civils and Infrastructure contractor which is based in Norwich. This company has offices throughout the UK and is part of many nationwide frameworks. Ensuring a very high forward pipeline of works. Your new role You will be based in the Norwich office and be expected to carry out site visits across Norfolk on a regular basis. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor and offering support to two junior members of the team. You will either be allocated your own bigger project or numerous smaller ones. The role will involve forecasting/ estimating and project delivery on schemes ranging from £50k - £1m. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced intermediate Quantity Surveyor, ideally with Civil's and Infrastructure experience and NEC forms of contract. You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be able to work independently. What you'll get in return You will get a competitive package including car, private medical and pension.
