Chefs for Chefs are delighted to be working alongside our client, a beautiful boutique hotel housing a 2 Rosette restaurant in North Wales. The hotel has 14 rooms and 28 covers in the restaurant. A team of 4 are in place and they need a dynamic and forward thinking head chef to maintain the 2 rosette status. There is a salary bracket of £32-25k for this role and the client is more than happy to consider someone who is looking for their first head chef role, as long as they are currently working at 2 rosette level. There is no staff accommodation available however, assistance with relocation can be provided.
