They have a strong presence on the market and are highly rated for their work. The firm's Residential Property Team is highly regarded and regularly acts on behalf of overseas clients, private banks and high-street lenders. The team is keen to appoint an additional paralegal or legal assistant with a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling a residential property caseload. You will be well versed in dealing with sales and purchases, title checking, freehold and leasehold and registered and unregistered matters. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to hit the ground running in a friendly but busy department.
