Overview
Wild Berry Associates are delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisers for the call centre for their client based in the Sevenoaks area. Our client is a market leader within their industry and have an amazing reputation within the sector. As a Customer Service Adviser in the Call Centre you will be liaising with customers who have issues with their products and advising them on what to do to get the problem resolved. You will undergo an intense on-site training programme where you will learn about the products and how they work so you can advise your customers with their technical issues accordingly.
