3 rd Line Support - Helpdesk, MSP, IT £28-34k DOE Bonus Benefits - Wymondham, Norfolk CloudScope are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician based in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth. We're working with a leading Managed Service Provider with a diverse product portfolio including, Managed IT Support, Cyber Security, VoIP Systems and Hosting. Whilst well-grounded, this business is expanding and set to become the largest, most successful IT services providers in East Anglia. You will be a key member of the Gorleston team, you'll be a technical go-to and you'll thrive sharing your experience with other team members. The Role Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks. Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site ( Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012). Installing business computer systems. Office 365 maintenance, installation and migration. Supporting customer applications. Microsoft Product Support Microsoft Azure Configuration /Server maintenance and Support Advising Clients on IT infrastructure planning and implementation of recommendations Supporting Routers/Firewalls Administration of IP Phone systems (via web based interface) Management and Support of Cloud based applications Management and Support of Data Backup systems and Cyber Security Team Management (3-4 People) The Candidate 2-3 Years' experience in IT support in an IT services provider Excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a team and provide good valuable input as required Well organised and tidy with common sense and the ability to take responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate an excellent level of technical knowledge and be able to apply the knowledge in a structured approach to solve IT issues.
