Overview
Clinitemp are working exclusively with a company who provide supported living, residential and outreach and respite services to the Learning Disability community based in High Wycombe. We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be accountable for Head of Care and Operational Performance of Supported Housing Services within the organisation which also provides registered care and community out-reach services across the locality. This will include the responsibility for line management of registered managers / supported living managers, the management of quality and care standards, cost control, commissioning, engaging with a spectrum of stakeholders and ensuring regulatory requirements are satisfied. The post holder will be responsible for promoting best practice through a culture of continuous improvement and development. Bringing to the attention of the Head of Care and Supported Housing and Managing Director any areas where improvement could be made and also areas of good practice.
