Senior Recovery / HDU Nurse - Private Hospital £32,000-£35,000 plus Private Health Cover, Pension, High Street Discounts and More London Full Time The Client Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading Private Hospital who are located just a short tube journey from Central London. This Hospital prides themselves on delivering the best level of care to their patients, offering a full range of services including Cosmetics, ENT, Endoscopy, Private GP, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmics, Imaging, Neurology, Paediatrics and Physiotherapy. At present, our client is in search for an experienced and dedicated Senior Nurse to join their HDU Recovery Team. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, assessing and delivering the safest level of critical care and post anaesthetic care to patients. If successful, you will be caring for Level 2 and Level 3 patients as required, as well as delivering post anaesthetic care to surgical patients. You will be working collaboratively with the HDU/Recovery Lead and wider team to ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered. We are looking for dynamic and professional individuals with a positive and flexible outlook to be a part of a forward-thinking organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a Critical Care environment. Additionally, a post graduate Critical Care qualification is also desired. This is a full-time role consisting of 37.5 hour weeks and you must be a Registered Practitioner with the NMC or HPC to apply and be successful in this opportunity. Role Requirements - Registered practitioner with NMC or HPC registration - Significant experience within a Critical Care environment - Experience within Theatre Recovery environment - Mentorship qualification is desired, but not essential - Recognised post graduate Critical Care qualification - Passion for high quality patient care - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High sense of personal responsibilities - Ability to work as part of a team Summary My client is seeking a passionate Senior HDU Recovery Nurse to join their expanding team.
