Overview

Installation & Customer Care Coordinator Our client is a well-established, profitable and rapidly growing manufacturing company headquartered in the North-East. Due to continued growth and expansion, they require a dedicated Installation & Customer Care Coordinator professional to join their team. This is a dual role, predominantly focused on Customer Care. Ideally, you will have directly relevant experience in the manufacturing or house-building industry and be used to dealing directly with customers. Key Responsibilities of the Installation & Customer Care Coordinator Raising customer enquiries on internal and customer systems Handling telephone queries from internal and external customers Processing orders and reporting issues whilst ensuring that deadlines and service levels are achieved Dealing with buyers, quoting prices and ensuring correct procedures are followed with reference to customer ordering and pricing Supporting the field-based team General administration duties Undertake other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested Core Skills and Experience Needed as Installation & Customer Care Coordinator Previous experience in customer services in a relevant industry - manufacturing / house-building is essential An excellent telephone manner Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational skills A keen eye for detail, as accuracy is important Strong IT skills Excellent timekeeping and time management skills Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Able to meet strict deadlines Communicate well with people at all levels Please note: High levels of interest mean we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
