Job Title: Business Support Officer Location: High Wycombe Salary: £10.43 per hour Contract Type: Temp /Full time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer based in Aylesbury to join an expanding company. As a Healthy Communities Business Support Officer will include: Enter data onto UNIform database (new business registrations, interventions, risk scores, ratings, samples, accident notifications, licences and registrations) and check the accuracy of these entries. Ensure records held are accurate and remain current. Log notices served and enter these onto UNIform database. Retrieve service request cases received by the call centre, transfer onto UNIform database and allocate to officers in Commercial and Control of Pollution teams. Enter data onto UNIform database. Handle customer and call centre enquiries. Take customer enquiries. Make bookings onto and maintain Microsoft spreadsheets. Take card payments. Send booking confirmations. Ensure stock held of training material and exam papers. Book rooms/venues and refreshments for courses. Scan documents and other records in a timely manner. Index these to relevant UNIform case record via IDOX. File hard copy documentation as necessary. Respond to Total Land Charges (TLC) searches. Process Purchase Orders and Invoices on E-Financials software systems. Ensure stationery stocks are maintained. Produce commercial licences, registrations and consents. Handle and distribute incoming post to teams. To provide support cover when required. Process payments and produce taxi and private hire licences, badges and plates. Process Occupational Therapists reports received in the first instance. Handling and processing data accurately, Taking customer and call centre enquiries, Administering training course enquiries, Processing and taking payments, purchase orders and invoices, Responding to Total Land Charges (TLC) searches, and Providing support cover to the Licensing team as required.
