The Organisation: We’re proud to be partnered with one of the UK’s leading digital transformation agencies – and due to a record breaking period of growth they’re building a dedicated PR & Outreach team in their Newcastle HQ. This is the ideal opportunity for a hardworking recent graduate with a background in journalism, marketing or commercial experience in copywriting. You’ll be working with a Google Partnered agency who pride themselves on employee investment, as well as being diverse and open employers. Duties: Build strong, relevant links to improve a campaigns online performance Work closely with clients marketing teams to delivered agreed results Use creative skills to come up with unique and forward thinking campaign ideas Use a variety of link building methods to promote best practice for each campaign Outreach onsite and offsite content Responsible for the management of a defined monthly budget Build relationships with key influencer’s and maintain ongoing relationships Keep up to date with reporting using relevant systems and platforms Agree and exceed agreed targets for campaign objectives Assist with the ongoing development of the outreach process and individual campaign strategies Person Specification: Extremely creative, assisting in the development of content worthy of gaining viral coverage Excellent attention to detail. Good oral and written communication. Self-starter with strong self-management and time-management skills. Ability to organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player who has the ability and confidence to work on own initiative and independently when necessary. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
