Overview
A prime residential developer is currently seeking a Development Manager to help lead one of their most prestigious developments yet. My award-winning client builds a very specific, high quality product and prides themselves on developments that 'make a statement'. The initial remit will be to take this development (circa220units) from RIBA stage 2-4 and then to support the Development Director with two other smaller residential projects. You will work closely with the Development Director within a close knit, entrepreneurial team. Key responsibilities: Feasibility studies Planning due diligence Concept/technical design Stakeholder engagement Liaising/instructing with external consultant teams You ideally will have/be: Strong experience in all aspects of pre-construction Strong residential experience To be a problem solver Strong numerical and written skills contact me:
