Overview
Freelance Site Manager National Housebuilder Nantwich One of the UK's leading housebuilders is looking for a Site Manager to join the business on a freelance basis to assist on a major Residential Scheme in Nantwich with the possibility of a permanent position if of interest to the right candidate. You must have previous experience in a similar role working for recognised house builders. As the Site Manager your roles will consist of: Supervise sites on a day to day basis. Reporting to the Area Construction Manager. Order materials. Responsible for driving the site forward. Ensuring build programs and schedules are met and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively.
