Overview
Exciting Credit Control position available for our Urmston based client. Your new company Based in Urmston our expanding client are seeking a Credit Controller to join their fast paced and dynamic credit control team. This is a brilliant and exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop their career and skills. Your new role Reporting directly into the Credit Control Team Leader duties of the role will include:- managing outstanding sales balances by leveraging internal and external relationships to ensure timely payments and, if necessary, negotiating re-payment plans, Reconcile customer accounts ensuring payments are accurately allocated to the appropriate account and invoices, Follow collection procedures for overdue accounts, focused on the use of telephone collection techniques through to debt collection/legal action. What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience working within a credit control role and have the ability to prioritise & able to manage your own ledger, able to take a high volume of calls and work during very busy periods of trade. You will have a disciplined approach to collection coupled with ability to organise your own day.
