UI Web & App Developer Cardiff £35000 - £40000 Benefits My Client, a fast paced and market leading FinTech company, are on the look out for an experienced Ui & App Designer to join their rapidly growing team. User Experience is pivotal in developing the product and retaining customers. This therefore means that the correct candidate needs to understand the importance of customer journeys and to spot key opportunities for further development. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer the Ui & App Designer will work across a wide range of app and web projects and will be responsible for designing, researching, testing, optimizing the existing UX and more. Things you'll need to be successful: Experience in a similar role In-depth experience within customer journeys Excellent experience with prototyping tools - Figma, Adobe, Creative Cloud Suite etc HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience A/B or MVT experience Familiar with usability tools - Crazy Egg, Hotjar, Decibel Insight etc Agile working experience is highly desirable Knowledge of working with financial products and services is highly desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and forward thinking business so if this sounds like your next position drop me an email with your CV and Portfolio and we can have a chat.
