Overview
Job Title: Compliance Monitoring Manager. Location: Manchester Job Requirements: Reporting to the head of risk and assurance the purpose of the role is to conduct compliance monitoring activity in keeping with the annual compliance monitoring plan. Review, plan and report on the company’s level of compliance procedures. Responsible for the planning of compliance monitoring activities auditing and specific monitoring of internal departments and other businesses within the organisation. Create timely delivery of compliance reports presenting findings to senior managers on a risk basis, must be able to plan own workload and complete audits objectively. You will be required to travel to customers premises and have excellent time management ability. Qualifications: Ce Map (or equivalent) Diploma in Financial planning, a certificate in lifetime mortgages. Understanding of FCA rules and regulations, understanding of COB, MCIOB, and ICOB, financial crime and AML. Full job description supplied on application
