Overview
MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a manufacturing company in the Washington area. We are looking for candidates who want to work in Plastering. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Undertake full house re-plastering works where necessary. Undertake and diagnose plaster patching in small areas where applicable Measuring ceilings and walls Preparing the surface of a wall. This involves removing old plaster and ensuring that all plasterboards are level Spreading wet plaster mix onto walls, working from top to bottom Using plastering boards, cutting them to size and fitting them Dotting and dabbing Completing repairs Mixing the materials together Spreads plaster over lath or masonry base, using trowel, and smooths plaster with darby and float to attain uniform thickness. MTrec Recruitment are looking for Candidates who have: Should have plastering experience A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job. Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary. Must have the following, CSCS Card, Asbestos Awareness Certificate and a Driving Licence Shifts: Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 16:30pm Salary: Between £12ph - £14ph
