Key responsibilities and accountabilities Completion of monthly results pack for both Management Teams Preparation and Management of Cash Flow Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations Monthly analysis of variation to the AEI forecast Involvement in the preparation and approval for major bids Preparation of monthly invoicing plan Review of costing information and PPV analysis Presentation of indirect spend analysis for Management Team Capital reporting and fixed assets VAT and Intrastat reporting Statutory Accounts pack presentation Annual budget preparation and Forecast Information Liaison with External and Internal Auditors Payroll Skills needed Can work to deadlines and very organized Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills The ability to manage your own workload and assist the work of others concurrently whist creating a positive environment under times of pressure Excellent problem solving and analytical skills SAP experience essential If you are looking for your next challenge and think this could be the role for you please apply today.
