Overview

As an interim Group Organisation Development Manager you will support the delivery of the Organisations HR Corporate Plan across the integrated areas of Performance Management, Talent Management, Engagement and Culture and Diversity & Inclusion. Working as a key member of the Group Talent team together with Divisional and local HR colleagues, ensure that our Group Talent priorities are designed and implemented effectively and seamlessly to build organisational capability. Work closely with the Group Head of Engagement to manage the end to end survey process and activities for the full employee survey and to support the evolution of our capability to pulse survey and provide actionable insight to the business Support the communications activity throughout the survey cycle Support the survey strategy including the frequency of data collection, data collection methodology and question sets Support the rollout of the new global recognition programme Project lead the Group Inclusion & Diversity plan Facilitate the delivery of D&I initiatives across Manage and deliver the end to end Talent & Performance cycle working with Leaders, Managers and the HR community across the businesses and functions Evolve our approach to Talent Management including increased usage of the HR system - Workday to improve the user experience Where required, partner with corporate functions on their talent agenda, sharing learning and providing expert insight and support on talent identification, development and career pathways to build the breadth and depth of their talent pipeline Qualification & Experience CIPD Qualified Proven track record of Organisation Development and HR Business Partnering is Essential Track record of delivering projects to demanding deadlines Evidence of successful engagement, collaboration and communication with a range of stakeholders Experience across key HR disciplines including Talent Management, Performance Management, D&I, Learning and Development and Engagement Experience of Workday or other enterprise HR management systems required Previous experience of working in international environments and with a diverse workforce spanning operational to professional roles preferred
