The job As Technical Services Coordinator, your job purpose is to manage product information which includes the safety, quality and legality of products in accordance with the company’s quality management systems. Key job tasks: Maintain the technical database Complete technical information requested by customers to ensure legal compliance on internal and external systems Review and maintain specifications, ensuring information is accurate and complete Collect required or missing information by liaising with suppliers Ensure raw materials comply with any specific customer requirements. Assist with third-party visits and audits Carry out technical KPI’s reporting and monitoring Your experience Ideally educated to a degree level in a food science/technology discipline, you will possess solid experience working in a technical based role within the food manufacturing industry. You will have experience working with and completing product specifications (raw materials, branded and retail finished products) together with knowledge of food legislation, labelling, management, nutrition calculations, allergen and ingredient declarations. High attention to detail is essential together with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
