Temporary Office Manager needed for Technology company based in Shoreditch Your new company Your new company are a modern tech company seeking an Office Manager for 2.5 weeks to cover the current permanent Office Manager. Your new role Your new role will involve a range of roles from meeting room management, being a first point of contact for the business, answering phone and email enquiries, office maintenance such as dealing with facilities issues, making sure the office is presentable, ordering catering when necessary for meetings, travel arrangements when necessary, liaising with couriers and assisting the further teams when necessary with administrative duties. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you must have recent office management experience. Experience within a technology firm is beneficial but not essential. You must be proactive, be confident and happy to get stuck into a short term assignment.
