Providing companionship and supportive listening. Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the client. Preparing meals and feeding patients. Responding to emergency situations Support Clients with social activities, also companionship. Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linen. Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients. Accompany Clients to medical appointments, shopping trips etc. Encourage Clients to be independent.
