Role: 3 x Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - 60/40 Electrical Biased Location: Wakefield Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour PAYE - Fantastic Benefits Package Shift: Rotational Shifts 6-2, 2-10, 10-6pm Job Type: 6 Month Contract - Immediate Starts Hot of the press today we are recruiting3 x Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers for a Food Client of ours in Doncaster. The Facility has had recent development and investment of new plant and machinery due to expansion. This is a great opportunity for Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a proactive business within the Food Industry. Requirements: Have a proven track record in an Engineering and fault-finding role gained from within a FMCG environment (Ideally Food Industry) Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical Engineering, BTEC level 3 in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering) Planned and Reactive Maintenance within Food or FMCG Environment Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings/Schematics Excellent attitude and passion towards their work and be willing to undertake further training. Be involved in both electrical and mechanical reactive and pro-active maintenance. Ability to work as part of a team and independently Main aspects of the role: Carrying out proactive/reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure limited downtime. Optimisation and improvement of scheduling and undertaking preventative maintenance on site whilst taking into account the high care environment to ensure food safety. Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults - with various machinery including but not limited to production and packaging. Work collaboratively within the Engineering team Investigate means of improving plant productivity Action any necessary repairs and ensure all measures taken are recorded so recurrent faults can be recognised.
