Overview
Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for Support Workers in the Burnham-on-Sea area. We are looking for permanent support workers who are able to manage challenging behaviour and provide the highest standard of care to adults in a Residential setting with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Main Responsibilities: Support Service Users in line with their care plans Encourage Independence Maximise individuals quality of life.
