This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious Insurance organisation which following extensive global expansion over the last several years and a drive to implement common platforms globally, need a permanent Business Process Manager to join their City office, and implement, embed and evolve a business process management (BPM) capability within Data Management and Operations (DM&O). Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive vision, strategy, delivery, business support and governance for global data management and operations platforms. In collaboration with all global business units you will help to establish a holistic data management and operations approach that leverages smart technologies and common approaches. Providing smarter operations delivering swifter processing with greater quality and companywide insight. The team work closely with IT, Business Architecture and Change as well with those heading up the Business Unit Operations, Finance and Actuarial functions in other operational locations. Required skills/ experience: Knowledge of methodologies to drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering (such as BPR and Lean Six Sigma) Knowledge of smart BPM tools and experience implementing these tools Experience of working with a consulting or central business improvement team SAP experience beneficial Experience collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple territories Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise content to be shared across the organization Ability to instill confidence to build relationships at all levels across the division Full spec and a brief available upon a successful application.
