Lead Programmer - Games Studio - North East A North East based Games studio are currently looking for a Lead Programmer to join their growing team.Founded by established industry experts, t he team are made up of award winning developers who have come from AAA backgrounds and have a history of releasing a range of high quality games, some of which have been adored in the games industry. They are looking for this individual to have high energy and passion for video games and constantly come up with new and innovative ideas to keep their player base engaged. Your core function will be to implement features to go into the game such as easy to use mechanics and slick gameplay, while mentoring/managing a small team with an 80% (hands-on coding) 20% (managerial) split. This role can offer this Lead Programmer a chance to own quite a large area of the project and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team and in a fast-paced environment.
