Right now we have an exciting opportunity for an Anaesthetics & Recovery Lead to join our Theatre team in Tees Valley Hospital. The Role: Supporting the Theatre Manager in leading and organising the Anaesthetics & Recovery team on a day to day basis, ensuring the service is compliant with all policies & regulations whilst developing and maintaining an efficient perioperative service for patients and service users. As the Anaesthetics & Recovery lead you will be responsible for departmental training for the team including PDR's and competency assessments, along with inducting of new staff members, whilst also supporting critical care and resuscitation leads. In the absence of the Theatre manager you will manage the department ensuring that all compliance and standards are adhered to.
