Job Title Home Manager - Nurse Qualified Location Chester Salary Circa £40,000 Service Elderly Nursing Home The Client Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse qualified home manager for a care home in Chester. The home provides nursing care for elderly nursing residents in the Chester area and has been established for many years. The home is independently run and they are keen to recruit a strong and experienced care home manager. The Role As the home manager you will work autonomously making sure the home is running smoothly on a day to day basis. You will manage the staffing team and you will be responsible for the home performing well on CQC. You will manage the clinical and business side of the home. The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following: A nurse qualification Previous experience in nursing home management Strong leadership skills Must be able to communicate well with a team The Salary The client are looking to pay around £40,000 for the right candidate.
