Overview
My client a well recognised provider are currently recruiting Child Care Support Workers to work within their services in Bournemouth, Ringwood and Ferndown. Applicants should have a caring nature whilst being someone who has the ability to think on your feet as well as having a methodical and sound approach. Within these services you will be supporting Children and Young Adults with Complex and Challenging needs. No 2 days are the same so you can expect each day to be different but most importantly fun. This role is a Full Time role and as part of this you would be required to work weekends and take part in Sleepovers on a rotational basis. You do not need to have previous experience, however you must have a can do attitude whilst recognising the needs of others.
