SUPPORT WORKER LYNSTED, KENT £8.30 PER HOUR FULL TIME PERMANENT ROLE Ivy Recruitment is currently looking for Support Workers to work within a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour in Lynsted, Sittingbourne. You will be required to provide care and support personalised to each service users in line with their care plan. Suitable Support Workers will have: - a passion for working with people with learning disabilities ideally some experience of working within care the ability to work shift work across 7 days per week between the hours of 7.30 am and 10 pm, you will work early and late shifts from 7.30 am - 3 pm and 2.30 pm to 10 pm, they do 4 shifts one week and 6 the next week which will include a weekend and one of those days will be a long day 7.30 am - 10 pm, this is a 2 week rolling rota. We also have waking nights positions available. Drivers are preferable due to the location of the service unless you are local.
