We are looking for a Customer Retentions & Sales Advisor to develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers, resulting in increased levels of customer retention and customer satisfaction. You will be a highly motivated and professional individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a proven track record in Sales or Customer Service, ideally with retentions experience from a similar role where you are focused on achieving both individual and team targets. An interest and/or experience in Tech/IT would be a distinct advantage. It’s essential that you have recent sales experience, preferably telephone sales experience.
