Overview

Office Angels are working with a client who are looking for a secretary to join and assist their busy team in Milton Keynes. This role will start on a temporary contract however made permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) - To deal with all incoming and outgoing correspondence to the staff and customers. Type letters and reports, typing minutes & administrative support to the client. Diary management Book accommodation and travel Initiate and coordinate meetings Ad-hoc responsibilities If you have strong administrative experience or have previously worked in a secretarial position then we want to hear from you If you believe you have the relevant skill set and experience, please submit your CV ASAP.
