Overview
Do you have experience within Transaction Management? Have you got a background in Corporate Trust? My client is looking for a permanent Senior Transaction Manager to join their Corporate Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and oversight of a portfolio of corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Onboarding of Clients Review and negotiation of transaction documentation Ensure that all legal and regulatory obligations of the entities under management are met within all relevant timeframes Where required, act as a director on certain entities under management, ensuring all fiduciary, legal and regulatory duties and obligations therein are fully complied with. Deliver excellent client relationship management Provide technical expertise in the Corporate Services Team Actively support the directors in discharging their legal and regulatory duties through strict adherence to all internal governance policies and procedures. Drive growth in the business through participation in and support of all new business development activities and be fully engaged in sourcing new business Contribute to business unit profitability by ensuring adequate fee charges are levied combined with cost management and efficiency initiatives across the team. Process improvements and development of procedures where necessary Participate in the training and mentoring of less experienced staff Skills Required Extensive experience of reviewing debt capital markets and structured finance documentation. Minimum of 5 years relevant and related experience working for a corporate service provider is desirable.
