UX Lead - Human-Centred Design, e-commerce

As the UX Lead you will play a critical part in supporting the visual design and delivery of an enterprise-wide retail web application. You will have good experience working in Agile teams made up of product designers in order to communicate business requirments to the team, translating these into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes across mobile and desktop. You will be expected to lead the overall user experience design of the platform in order to ensure a high quality and intuitive customer experiences, iterating the design using low and high fidelity wireframes in accordance with stakeholder and client feedback. With extensive working experience in a client facing, medium to large-scale web and e-commerce environment, you will have set and owned the user experience design on one or more platforms that are essential to an organisations business strategy and growth plan, leading and coaching a UX team to deliver results. Skills Demonstrable experience in leading UX teams to deliver a strong portfolio of work showcasing UX and visual skills. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns. In-depth understanding of user experience in e-commerce, including journey mapping. Analytical, with experience of using data to inform design decisions - knowledge of google analytics. Hands-on experience using Axure and Figma amongst other industry leading tools. Ability to work quickly and accurately while creating wireframes and clickable prototypes for client/user feedback. Highly articulate, can absorb complex information and break this down into clear summaries and/or recommendations for the client through effective communication.
