Skype for Business Engineer Perm Salary: Competitive Glasgow Posted: Tuesday 25 Feb 2020 Closing TBC, dependent on applications received to date Meraki Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of exceptional client based in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit a Skype for Business Engineer.In this role you will be Part of a global team responsible for daily operation, support, maintenance and improvement of the Skype for Business services Responsibilities of the Skype for Business Engineer Third Line escalation point for all issues, problems and changes for the SfB platform including the EICC call centre services platform. Ensure Documentation of existing and new infrastructure remains updated and consistent with Ashurst standards Ensure that all processes and protocols are observed in the running of the environment including security standards Work with other teams to resolve issue and improve the overall SfB service. Background of the Skype for Business Engineer Extensive understanding of Skype For Business, Office 365, Unified communications Capabilities and experience on configuring Session Border Controllers.
