Overview
Title: Litigation Officer Location: Leeds Salary: 18,000 - £26,000 I am looking for multiple Litigation Officers that will be supporting the Team Leader with a varied client based within debt recovery litigation service in respect to unsecured consumer debts. Your role will involve internal and external SLA’s are set in relation to your case load and are achievable. You will need to be able to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, debtors and customer by phone and in writing. It will be beneficial if you come from a finance or debt background and understands the processes of debt collection. You will need to be experienced with negotiating with debtors and 3rd parties to maximise the net recovery level. You will need to follow compliance with clients and regulatory standards and delivery your work to a very high-quality standard. You will be involved with supporting the litigation assistants and involved in client meetings, billings and reporting. As well as workload allocation and system changes.
