Regional Facilities Manager Jobs in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a family run business possessing a national portfolio of multi-million properties. Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Facilities and Building Managers to ensure the effective delivery of all facilities services. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are managed by your direct reports in line with company policies. Completing Health & Safety and compliance audits across sites. Creating and setting annual budgets and business strategies. Liaising with board level members of staff and stakeholders. Ensuring company standards are adhered to by staff and all third party contractors What you'll need to succeed Member of an FM body IOSH/NEBOSH Proven experience working in a commercial environment Excellent communication skills at all levels What you'll get in return You will receive a generous salary benefits package.
