Clark James are delighted to be working with a successful firm of financial advisers, based in the Huntingdon area, who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner. We will prioritise your objectives and we will only recommend the services you really need. Working as Paraplanner, you will be providing support to the advisers, so they can spend more time with clients, both existing and potential. Duties would include, but not be limited to: Work closely with the advisers. Instigating and reviewing appropriate tax calculations, and in particular reviewing clients CGT Undertaking research, both products and investments Gathering hard fact information from clients and product providers Assisting in preparing for reviews, Preparing SR and "action" letters such as withdrawal advice letters or ISA top ups Attend client meetings as and when required. Note taking at meetings and agreeing the follow up To be considered for this position, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ working as a paraplanner in a similar capacity and be at least Level 4 Diploma qualified, ideally wishing to work towards Chartered (if not there already).
