Are you a current Paraplanner looking to join a people-based business that works at a fast pace? This Paraplanner job can be home based or work from their office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. In your role as a Paraplanner, you will be directly supporting one of their Financial Advisors and freeing up their time to service more clients and develop new business. Your duties will include: Instigating and reviewing appropriate tax calculations and in particular reviewing clients capital gains tax Taking meeting notes from the Financial Advisor and agreeing the follow up actions Undertaking research on both products and investments Gathering hard fact information from clients and product providers Assisting in preparing for reviews Preparing suitability reports and "action" letters such as withdrawal advice letters or ISA top ups Preparing illustrations for New Business etc Communicating with clients on behalf of the Financial Advisor Work from home Paraplanner and potential for part-time This Paraplanner job has flexible working location as you can work from home or their office. In addition, this job has normal working hours and can be offered on full-time or part-time basis. Chartered qualifications Ideally, you should be working towards your Chartered qualifications. As a business, they would support you financially towards this and have a study support group Paraplanner Requirements You must have been a Paraplanner for 3 years and hold full Level 4 Diploma (DipFA or DipPFS) Ideally, you should be Chartered or working towards this status The Company Our client company is an elite financial planning and mortgage advice firm operating in the Cambridgeshire area.
