Maintenance Supervisor
Overview
Plumber Supervisor required in Oxford. Your new company We have a new role for a Plumber Supervisor to join a Maintenance team in Oxford on a permanent basis. Your new role As the teams Supervisor you will responsible for assisting senior management in overseeing the repairs and work carried out by the team, and assisting in the development and implementation of PPM. As the maintenance teams Plumber, you will be expected to carry out all plumbing repairs to water, drainage and heating systems, carry out PPM, small installations and any other maintenance duties whilst assisting and supporting other trade members. As maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of all general maintenance work, prioritising and allocating work, line managing a small team and supervising external contractors and ensuring that all work is carried out to good standard. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have supervisory experience in a similar role and have experience in managing relationships with contractors. You should hold an NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating and be confident in carrying out plumbing maintenance.
