A well-known housebuilder is looking to add a Civil Design Engineer to join their focused office in Larbert. Your new company Is a household name in the construction industry working on large scale residential projects, working on large scale residential projects all over Scotland. The company has been experiencing continuous growth over recent years, and a healthy workload has prompted this new addition. Your new role As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing infrastructure such as utilities and roads, and providing engineering detailing within the project. You will work alongside the design team effectively to provide a design that is flowing and coordinated throughout the project. What you'll need to succeed You must have working knowledge of AutoCAD, PDS ground modelling software, and Windes Microdrainage, and ideally you will be qualified to HNC/HND or Degree level. Experience with residential projects from either a consultancy or housebuilder background is vital to be successful. You should be a driven person, with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. A full UK driver's license is also required.
