Quantity Surveyor - London Bridge
Overview
Building the present, creating the future Description We require a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail South team, working out of our offices near London Bridge. Initially you will be working on the Thameslink Residual works where you will report to the Portfolio Commercial Lead. Along with a team of five commercial staff you will be involved in following duties; tendering, subcontract procurement, forecasting, cost reporting, cost management, and contract administration (CE, EWN, notifications, applicant for payment) to both the client and the subcontractors. Job Requirements Your qualifications and experience should include: • Construction qualifications. • Rail experience, although not essential. • Contractor or subcontractor experience. • NEC experience preferable, but not essential.
