Site Manager Opportunity in Peterborough Your new company Your new company is a Peterborough based family run building firm who specialise in high end, bespoke extensions and refurbishments. Due to company expansion and the awarding of new projects they are looking for an experienced time served working foreman to join their team. Your new role Your new role will be to undertake and oversee all Site Management responsibilities and manage all aspects of interior and exteriors works including; Carpentry, Drylining, Plastering, Tiling, Electrics and Plumbing. Due to the nature of the company you will be expected to work on sites across the Peterborough area. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this position you will be an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager preferably from a multi trader background or who has extensive experience in the residential sector. You will ideally will have a previous portfolio of finished high quality projects as a Site Manager and a SSSTS or SMSTS qualified.
