The company is experiencing growth due to winning a lucrative project in Glasgow. They have a very healthy pipeline of work with future projects secured across the central belt. You'll be working with the commercial lead for projects within Glasgow, managing the sub contractors and overseeing payments, presenting cost analysis and providing monthly commercial reports. What you'll need to succeed Up to 5 years experience working for a Main Contractor having managed smaller projects, previous experience managing sub contractors is essential. Experience working within Social housing or internal fit out for residential or education projects is sought after.
