Senior BMS Engineer/Manager, Central London, £50k-£70k Your new company This leading Mechanical, Electrical and instrumentation engineering company carries a reputation of achieving excellence, in quality and innovation in every project. As they continue to expand and adapt, they are looking for a senior BMS engineer, to be based firstly on a contract in London. Your new role You will be joining an established construction team on a mechanical and electrical project to work on a shell and core fit out of a university facility in central London. You will be confident to be able to liaise with the client with value of excess of £60 million. You will be a Senior BMS Engineer/Manager, with design management experience and you will be inspecting and checking the quality of the install. What you'll need to succeed You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role, while it is also essential that you have previous experience on a UK construction site. You will have the ability to understand and coordinate the technical design with the on-site installation. You will have experience working with contractors and have an excellent understanding of BMS and electrical systems. Furthermore, you will have experience managing engineers and a BMS package of £0.5m-£1m.
