Overview
A large call centre require Supervisors to oversee a busy operation on a temporary contract based in Preston Your new company You will join a national organisation who provide call centre solutions on a national basis across the UK. This is a large organisation who also operate on an international basis, managing multi-million pound contracts and employing thousands of staff, forming one of the most influential employers not only locally, but globally. Your new role You will be responsible for overseeing a busy customer support function, leading from the front and setting excellent standards for your team to follow. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, dealing with escalations, acting as a point of contact to a diverse stakeholder portfolio, mentoring staff, providing key support and ultimately delivering excellent customer service both externally and internally. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent customer service skills and lead by example at all times. You will be resilient, calm under pressure and confident in supporting your team, with a proven track record in delivering excellent results. You will be articulate and able to communicate effectively at all times. You will work approximately 37.5 hours per week, subject to business requirements. You will earn £13.18 - £16.06 per hour depending on your experience (PAYE) and this role will enhance your skills and experience, highly valuable for your future career.
